KWD AI has moved

As of Friday, May 15 at 8:00 AM EDT, KWD AI is no longer the team workspace. We've moved the KWD knowledge base, SOPs, and call history into Claude with the KWD OS MCP connector.

Where to work now

  1. Go to claude.ai and sign in with your @keywavedigital.com account
  2. Open the KWD project for your department (CS, Sales, Ads, or General)
  3. Make sure the KWD OS connector is enabled in the chat sidebar — that's how Claude reaches SPP, Fathom, Monday, and Slack
